Not the same: Cotton isn't as soft as silk.
The adjective does not change: as big as, not "as bigger as".
We use the present simple for future events on a timetable or schedule: trains, buses, planes, films, classes, shops, school holidays.
The bus leaves at 7:30 tomorrow.
tomorrow, tonight, at 9 o'clock, on Friday, next week, next month
